TweetI actually tried isometrics w/ my chest workout this morning , and I have to say it felt good !!!
It seemed to push more blood into my chest which I did notice a difference .
But this is only 1 out of the 2 days of the week that I do chest , so I'll keep it up every chest workout and see how it turns out .
TweetI like it a lot! Like how he refers to dips as the squat of the upper body. Everytime I have a killer dip workout people say something about my chest the next day.

TweetTonite was the 2nd time using , or incorporating Isometrics in my chest routine .
It's fuckin awesome , I'm just forcing more blood into the muscle , and the outcome should be great .
Will keep u guys posted on what the outcome is !!!
