So thanks to wise Mr. Guns01 lol I know about Graston...I've been getting it done to my right pectoral due to a bad tear. That being said since I've been seeing the doc anyways for this I have been having this technique done to my Achilles tendons and both inner and outer forearm tendons...

This technique works guys! Its is painful as F U C K but it works and I've seen so much progress I'm almost addicted to it! Combine the Graston with needling technique and guys/gals I'm telling you that you will feel so much better.

Glad to hear it's working and you're getting better brotha. Definitely worth the pain to get there.

I am and it rocks! I make it about every 3-4 weeks. It really helps the chest like nothing else. The cheese day following graston is always amazing...strength goes way up!
