Tweetfrom what i have heard they are great addition to a leaning out program but the down side is they give a lot of people the runs. that has kept me from giving them a go since i have a super sensitive gut

TweetI've been seeing more articles and hearing more about them recently. It looks like they have some key benefits especially the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. The article mentions adding Acai powder to oats, and I eat oats quite a bit. May have to give that a try.
