Tweetjust about anytime bro. IMO it should be around the same time every day ex 8am to try and keep blood test levels the same. Dont think you would want to shoot at 8 am monday then 10 pm on tuesday. Know what im saying

probably the best idea becuase of not injecting into a sore muscle and not working a muscle thats sore form injecting.
Especially with ED shots.

This is a popular theory, but I don't do it. If you want to train REALLY hard, then there is no way you can inject into a muscle and then go lift. There's always some minor injection soreness in the muscle you inject. I'd much rather have a great workout. Rest a while (few hours). Then inject. I keep my injects at night and my workouts around the same time daily so I can keep my blood test levels as consistent daily as possible.
