    I'm thinkin of eating about 4500 calories ED....

    Is that too much for some one who is 170 lbs, 5'6?? bf 15%

    Here is my sample diet.. w/o the veggiz and fruits

    tell me what u think

    remeber 500mg enthata, 400 eq, 10 weeks, 30mg dblz 5wks

    Personally I think that you should lower your calories and drop your Bf% some...but, your goals may not be the same as mine, so if your want to bulk, and your able to consume that many calories then go for it.

      Agreed.
      Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......

        started at 174 and i am doing fine on 3500-4000 a day. gained 10 lbs in less than 5 weeks of 10 weeks. quality gains, not fat. basically on dbol and arimidex since the sust isn't affecting things much and the EQ probably not at all till a week or so. so i'd suggest 3500 cals...i have an "average" metabolism.....tending towards fast. but put on fat on lower abs easy, so its a ***** sometimes. BTW: 750sust/600EQ EW, 1-5 dbol 50mg, fina last 5 weeks...arimidex 1/2 tab first half, 50mg proviron second half.

          @ 4000-4500 cal ed is fine but make it very clean and eat only good fats maby get some t-3 @12.5 mcg ed to help with the fat i get in 4500-5500 cal ed while i bulk and can still see the outline of my abbs with the t-3 added in but i do weigh 230 lbs 6 feet tall try it and see if it works if not back the cal down

            when bulkin, i eat whatever i want. which is pretty healthy, but i wont deprive myself of something if i really want it. what fun is bulkin if you cant cheat
