      We have had great success wit our challenge, the past few years, and I wanted to get a feel if there is an interest for one again? If you think you may be interested, please reply in this thread. It is fun, inspiring and we all learn from each other. You should be willing to commit to your goal, with this, if you take part in it. In the end, everyone is a winner. As you work towards a goal and everyone supports you. Let me know your thoughts on this for the next week and we will decide if we will do it or not.

      I may, i just have a lot of trouble training now with my F'd up SI joint. I would like to get back in shape but I fear I would just have to do cardio with no weights and would shrink down to a scrawny fellow.

      WE have had it the past few years so I am just trying to get a feel for who may be in this year. If we get a good amount I will post it up with details and then give a start time. It runs for 12 weeks
