This is great if you want a nice piece of meat easily and quickly prepared.

One very important utencil is one of those stovetop grills (not the single burner ones) but the ones that are flat and take up 2 burners. They have grill groves in one side and are flat on the other cost $30.00 at Target) https://www.nordicware.com/indiv.cgi?item=19362

1lb of skirt stake. This stake is usually long and no more than 5" long. You can strip the fat off as much as you want. I personally leave some fat since I'm on a keto diet.
1 medium white onion
1 medium lime
1 pack of Goya Adobo (all meats type) https://www.asiamex.com/tayabas/adlemseasgoy.html

Take the piece of stake and squeeze the lime all over it and rub the juice all over the stake. Sprinkle (generously) the Goya adobo all over the meet and rub it all over the piece.
Set the grill over the stove and let it warm for about 3-5 mins (low heat). Place the meat on the grill and let it cook at low heat on both sides so the center cooks also (about 2 min each side alternating 4 times). Once you don't see any blood coming out of the meat when pressed (this is to your taste if you like rare medim or well you decide), take the onions slice them in thin rings and put them underneath the stake. You can rise the heat up to sear the steak up and make the grill marks. Let the onions cook a bit on with the fat between the grill and the stake until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite veggies, starch or by itself and enjoy!

It takes about 15min from prep to serving.
