James Strickland wins his class and best lifter award on his third lift at the IPL Bench Press and Deadlift Worlds (265kg)
TweetJames Strickland, 35 years old, at 121kg/268lbs made everyone nervous and was possibly one of the lifters who received the most enthusiastic applause the IPL World Bench Press and Deadlift Championships. His opener was easy (250kg), but he missed it for technicalities. His second attempt was 15kg (33lbs) heavier and he missed it, too (265kg).
