Ok guys.....I am a girl so if this is a stupid question....sorry. Thought I'd ask some experts.

I just had a spot on my car buffed cause it got a little scratched ....is it okay to go on and wash it? Or should I wait? I didn't think it would matter, but a friend told me not to. What to do? What to do?

You can wash it, but you should wax it as soon as possible also.
