Getting back in the gym...

Tweetafter 6 months. Went back yesterday to reinstate my membership. Stopped it 6 months ago, and joined another one with Fuzo. Went a few times there, and that was it. Now it's back to where I loved to go and he, and I, have our own gyms again .

I let health get in the way of not going. Got my ass in gear and realized that I will not sit around and keep letting health issues keep me away. F*** that! There is something everyone can do in any condition they are in. No excuses!

My biggest problem is when I get back I HAVE to get back slowly. My body takes longer to recover than most due to my crazy immune system. As nothing has ever stopped me before, nothing will stop me now.

Onward on this freakin awesome journey of life!

Tweetyou know what they told me and look at me now. the mind and body are powerful things and yours is more powerful than the majority of others. you know your limits haha so dont go to far and leave some in the tank for a little bit and you should be good to go
