I've been excited for this product for some time now. We finally got it in and as soon as I ran out of my other protein I wanted to give this a try. So lets get right to it.

Taste: Usually isolates are a bit on the thin side with the flavors being muted. However this protein isn't muted compared to the other chocolate isolates I've tried. It may not be as flavored as a blend of concentrate and isolate but it doesn't have the sugars and fats those products would have either. The chocolate is a milk chocolate type flavor which is rich and a bit creamy. So far I've used the powder in water along with yogurt and with yogurt reminds me of Easter time getting milk chocolate in my basket. Very good flavor and stacks up nicely against other isolates I've tried.

Mixability: So far the mixability has been fantastic in a cup and a bowl. I've been using Syntrax Nectar clump up and the pieces need to be broken up. Some of the protein sticks to the spoon too but with I haven't noticed it. Even when I'm done mixing and put the spoon in the sink theirs nothing on the spoon. No clumps in the cup either.

Profile: As many of you reading this might know, I prefer isolates over blends whenever possible. Each scoop provides 24g's of protein which is great but where this product for me stands out over other isolates is the inclusion of probiotics and digestive enzymes. These will add more benefits than just digesting the protein, it's a positive for overall health.

Overall this looks like it's going to be my new protein of choice.
