Ellen Stein Simply The Best!
TweetLast min changes Ellen decided to lift locally at the RPS World Championships and had a spectacualr day! Coached by Matt Gary of SSPT, she squatted a class leading 410 squat! She also made a 210 bench then pulled 435 to total 1055! She also took a 440 4th attempt which she made! Ellen was also named most out standing lifter of the meet!
