500lb Bench press Did it Finally

TweetBeen working on getting it for a long time now. A lot of you already know my story I was crushed. Metal plates in my neck in my back,3 shoulder surgeries 2 left side 1 right side ,Bicep tendon torn both arms,rotator cuff torn both shoulders,removal of partial clavical both sides, 2 hand surgeries pain every day.Yes I used the sling shot and no I cant touch my chest due to my injuries. Some might say your cheating using a sling shot some might say you didn't touch your chest well I say to them if you have all the injuries and surgeries I have had to go through and in pain every day but don't ever BI TCH about it and bust my ass in the gym because I love lifting well TO BAD. I didn't have to take more gear I wasn't going to.Ive been on the same regimen for years nothing change.I wasn't gong to just take dbol for 2-3 weeks to get it.I busted my ass worked hard.Gained weight I didn't want to got a belly I dsidnt want to.But now I got it and now I'm losing the weight. I told my wife and daughter once daddy gets his goal he is going to lose some weight. I only use the sling shot for this weight, when I'm doing 315x30-40 reps 365x15,405x10 I don't use the sling shot all me but that type of weight of 455-500 I put it on

TweetHe has been working towards this and our daughter asks him all the time. "Did you do it yet dad?", lol. He wraps up like a mummy to protect injuries but still determined. Now I am putting him on a new regimen to drop 50lbs

it keeps you in the proper alignment and setup while providing a little extra rebound out of the hole. really good for people with shoulder issues and or technique flaws

They make 3 different assistance levels. You don't need to be super strong to use it. I have the blue one and it adds a good 15% to my 1RM easy.
