TweetFreakShow , I def agree , after doin that routine for chest it's like I don't even want to do more . I push myself to complete the routine I've set for myself, but after doin that weight has to be lite , but that's just me !!!

Tweetyoure right, its damn hard to finish a workout. But ive done it 2 ways, just 1 set of 100 lowering weight and increasing weight and thats it. i also have done my chest routine and finished with the 100 lowering weight and my god the burn.
