TweetMy daughter and all the gymnasts use this and they say it really helps. I am going to have her wrap me up a bit today before we go out. Anyone else use this? I heard of this years ago when my injuries started but never really bothered with it.

TweetWhat is sad is I see all these young gymnasts with it on, and I am like, yikes, they are already getting injured at such a young age. That's why most of them are done by their mid 20's
