TweetWell I like to see that I'm not the only one who doesn't touch there chest,whether its because I cant do to injuries or range of motion because of my metal plates in my neck and back and now I see the pro scott Mendelson the Big time chest guy doing it the same way.And with my grip I always take a narrow grip not a wide.Whe my doc told me after 3 shoulder surgeries I would never be able to bench heavy I told him bullshit. Beat the odds with rehab. But my point you can grow and get strong not going all the way down.When Scott is doing 315 that is the exact spot I go down to. Oh scott was so playing with Rich not to make him look that bad.Scott could of done 10 more at 405,lol

TweetI'll end up haveing to bench that way eventually I think. I can feel when i touch my chest its hitting my shoulders more than it should from where ive been injured before.
