Fina Plex H

TweetWhat up out there? I am a football player. I am trying to lose some weight. One of my friends gave me some fina plex H , he said it would help me lose weight and gain strength. It has done that, but after each game I get full body craps, for about an hour. I drink about gallon of fluid before and after the game.
I am wondering if this is normal or am I doing something wrong?
If I am could someone let me know proper way to take fina plex, and what things I can take to prevent this from happening again.

TweetI am new to any of this, I was told it was best for dieters to orally take in the product. I am already a big guy, I was taking the product more to cut weight to help cut my 40 time. If this is a stupid way of doing the product let me know.

TweetYou can indeed take it orally but it is a less efficient way of taking it. Injection is more efficient because it doesn't get degraded in your digestive tract and by first pass through your liver. Normal dosages are from 37.5 mg ed to 150 mg ed (hardcore experienced users).

As to increasing your 40, steroids are probably not going to do that for you. I know that's not what you want to hear but steroids are for building mass, PERIOD. I have heard about fina's propensity to accelerate fat burning but I think that still remains to be proven and my own personal experience is that it had no effect on my %bodyfat. Additionally, while you are on fina, your muscles will get really tight and pumped all the time which will restrict your movement bigtime; kind of like being "muscle bound". I couldn't even reach my own back in the shower, LOL. The leg pumps may even make it difficult or painful to run.

TweetIf yo are trying to lose weight and get faster there are exactly 2 things you need to do. You SUPER clean - and stretch, stretch, stretch.
There is a ton of info on this board about what and how to eat. As far as stretching - however much you think you may need to stretch - triple that and do it every day.

TweetI would suggest paying more attention to your diet, if you want to loose weight. If you don't want to convert Fina into injectable, you may look for premade, if you want to stick to chewing pellets, increase the dosage.
If you want to increase your speed, it's a good time to train for it.
Fina itself will not increase your speed but will help a lot if you train for it consistently.
