today at the gym
TweetMy dad called me from the gym,and said there were like 50 people signing up for newyears.Funny when you see all these people come and work out and then after aweek or so they start dropping off like flies.Lazy bastards,now they gotta pay for a year.

TweetMy new years resolution was to keep doing exactly what I have been doing. I am glad I am not one of those people.
I kinda feel sorry for them. They would have a much better life if they would just excercise a few times a week all year.
TweetYou have to think of it like this, if it were not for the fat rich people signing up for a year at a time on the new year, a lot of gyms would not be there...and they are gone in MAX 6 weeks anyways...
Tweetyea it sucks try and but some eca at your local supp store the shelves are cleaned out here but i love seeing newbes in my gym they allways want advise like how to this and how come that and sometimes they will hook me up with cash to train them how to work out so it has its ups and downs
