i'm surprised you are saying in 3rd week you are still having problems with being set off. i found that my first few days only were like that, being an adjustment to having the higher levels in my body. same thing when i started tren, first few days i was edgy but after that i've been in a better then normal mood and it takes less to set me off. <shrug>
are you seeing any water weight retention? (puffyness) if so, when you stop and you see that go away, possibly not all the gains were muscle.. lemme know
