TweetYES
TweetI do 16-20 sets 6x a week, but i keep my reps low, if you go over 6 reps, then you will be overtraing with 16-20 sets, on 30 you are overtraining.

TweetIf your going balls out, you should be prety tired by then, i think your not goinhg hard enough or heavy enough, try a weight you can do for a max of 6 reps every set, hell go to failure, see how many sets you can last.

Tweetwell i exagerated a lil bit...lol... today i did back and im feelin it... tried deadlifts for the first time and my lower back is tight
TweetWe have a SUPERMAN that is invincible lol...no bro u might be over training, but if it's working all power to u
TweetTry deadlifts at the first of you workout, you wont last long. Do all of your heavy free movements first, bench, squat, shoulder press, etc. Try not to use any machines.
