I have the fitbit flex and use it quite a bit to track my sleep. I don't really use it to track my steps because I type all day at work and for some reason it keeps racking up steps and I'm not walking anywhere lol. But I really like it to track my sleep patterns and lets me know when I'm restless.

i have the flex. it is comfortable to wear and keeps a charge about 1 week but it does not show the amount of steps you have there are blinking lights that are supposed to show. of course if you have the app on your phone you can check all stats there. but i do not run with my phone.

also when i get in from running or training i have to remove the little fitbit thing from the wrist strap and get all the sweat out off it and out of the strap. i learned this the hard way as it started to stink. now i have no probs

my flex is always wet when i am done training. i pour alcohol over it and the band to clean it. so far so good. i had a first gen fitbit and it was definately not waterproof but resistant. washed it with my shorts and it stopped working
