TweetOK.. first off im off everything and have been for a while. let myself go enjoyed good eating and lacked control of the goodie tray. with that being said it shows.. so im gonna see what I can loose and gain by march 1st. going to see family out of the country. so goals are good.
I do have some have some eca around as well as some incinderine from black lion ill bee tossing in the mix for s-its and giggles see how they do. its been a long time since ive dieted not much of a fan to be honest but do like the results..
tomarrow Monday will be day 1.
diet will be pretty simple.
meal 1 530 am shake with water after morning black coffee..that ought to be good. lol might skip coffee in lew of incinderine for pre w/o.
meal 2 900 am 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup eggwhites 2 whole eggs. oatmeal gets a bit of honey and slash of almond milk
meal 3 1200 pm meat. 7 oz with broccoli
meal 4 300 pm more meat 7 oz with salad and veggies
meal 5 600 pm 7 oz more meat and veggies broccoli.. who am I fooling its already cooked.
meal 6 900 pm before bed 1 cup egg whites
I say meat as I have bbqed smocked and grilled a shit ton of chicken breast and top round and flank so I will scale out what intrests me at any given time depending on whats going on.
water tea and black coffee will be all in drinking the first 10 days. the diet will change daily with adding fats and such but trying to keep it very clean for as long as I can hold out.

5-10 220lbs at the moment. easy 40 lbs over weight goal of 15lbs in 6 weeks but think I can hit 20 if I stay on track and keep motivated.
still fairly strong. benched 315 the other day but ever since I torn my shoulder I have been very gentle with the bench. I reall have just softened up reall lost a bit of size . if all goes well ill get some test and start putting weight on again if I can stay injury free
TweetMeal plan looks good to me that should rev up ur metabolism I would go for 30 min cardio sessions. But looks like a great plan good luck and I hope u achieve all ur goals.
Tweetyes sir .. I got cardio 2hrs in the evenings that's the heavy bag, conditioning, and or krav. toss in a bit in the mornings but mornings are for weights mostly then its daily activitys until late afternoon. anlong with a steam or sauna.. it will be by ear
Tweeti will eventually get this to a cab cycling diet but my first 10 days i will concentrate on eating every three hrs and staying clean. plus its been a long time since ive done krav.. im gonna hurt and know it

Tweetdecided to change up today a bit for whatever reason.
meal1 3cups of hard boiled eggwhites with black coffee.
meal 2 6oz turkey with mustard lettuce and 1 pickle slice
meal 3 7oz some bomb ass smoked flank steak with broccoli
meal 4 7oz top round in salad all kinds of good stuff
meal 5 1 cup egg whites before bed.
45 min of cardio .. first day back at it so gonna easy into it a bit. no lifting today that's why I don't have a shake added in there.

meal 2 1 cup whites 2 whole ggs. 1 cup oatmeal (joes oats).. good stuff
meal 3 6oz steak & chicken b. salad
meal 4 hard boiled whites. before cardio session
meal 5 6oz chicken breast w/ broccoli
meal 6 more hard boiled whites until full before bed.
would go larger portions however not feeling good due to cold so ill work with what I got.
training on spot and cardio good to go.. 8 more days till diet change up.
Tweetwell the cold turned to the flu. although I am still loosing weight its not the right way.. its due to the fact I can only seem to hold down top roman and cereal both of which I don't enjoy to eat in the first place. hopfully by sat. I will be able to eat solid food again since its all pre cooked and waiting for me.

Tweetnever have I been the smartest cat.. seems I have a severe case of bronchitis .. and it took coughing blood up to get me to the doc. thought it was just a bad cold.. lasted almost 3 weeks now.. if your sick don't wait I was stupid.. hope I learn this time lol
