here you go man:
you can take out the baking powder and make these into pancakes or waffles and pretty much put anything you want in them as well
Protein Muffins
1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce
1 scoop vanilla or cinnamon roll protein
1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
you can use pb2, berries,dash of cinnamon, or sugar free chocolate to flavor
Makes 6 muffins or 2 pancakes, for muffins bake at 350 for 14 minutes and I broil them a minute to brown the tops
