TweetSo I'm very sick but it's truck inspect day so I went to work this morning, while I was there my buddy the mechanic told me the ower ordered me a new truck 2014 tocoma. I was supp rises as hell the my boss calls me with the CEO of the company to say they were very thankful to have me as a employe/supervisor. I also got a complaint first one in seven years the CEO words we don't belive the person whom complaind that the company was behind me 100% that made me feel very good. So like I said woke up sick as a dog dreaded going to work but it was a wonderful morning and evening though I feel like I'm dying I feel pretty good. Good things happen when ur not expecting.

TweetCongrats on the recognition, unfortunately more times than not these days the only time we hear from higher ups is when something is wrong. This proves hard work does pay off. Zig Ziegler said "if you worker harder than what you get paid for eventually you will get paid more than what you work for." I don't believe I get paid for more than I work now but in the past people always marveled at how hard I worked despite it being more than what i got paid for and now I'm paid very commensurate with the work I have always done.
Sounds like we have the same work ethic so I'm glad yours is paying you back now. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.

MM, good employees in the private sector are and should be rewarded. now us government saps as long as you are mediocre you will get the same as the go getter who busts his butt.

i am happy for you. always great getting a new work truck. and man to have your bosses back you up. that has to feel good. most complaints are perceptions of an ignorant person and not reality
