Expired Protien
TweetBuddy of mine who hasnt ever lifted in his life gave me a 5lb bucket of Optimum Whey. I was pretty stoked till i saw it expired 11/02...... I didn't notice that untill i had already had a few shakes. The taste was rather bad, but i figured it was just a cheap brand of protien. I havent gotten sick or anything like that. Should i continue taking it or am i just wasting my time?
