      i'm a small guy and being in the military requires me to be extra strong to pull my own weight. i entered the military at 5'6" and 120-125lbs. it's a lot harder for me to carry 80lbs on my back and pick up a fallen soldier who is 6 foot 260lbs. so to be able to do my part for my friends i need a lot of strength. my first cycle i took
      8 d-bols/day for 6 weeks
      test enan @250mg/wk
      test cyp@250mg/wk

      i gained 25 lbs in 3 weeks and for a total after 8 weeks of 48 lbs. i lost about 16 or so lbs post cycle.
      the army won't let me join an active Airborne Ranger team until i can achieve certain goals.
      i think this cycle is good for what i can afford, i did a lot of research and i hope that i got it right.
      test suspension 150mg/week weeks 1-6
      test cypionate 250mg/week weeks 1-8
      d-bol 5tabs/day weeks 4-8
      deca-durabolon 250mg/week weeks 8-12
      anavar 3 tabs/day weeks 8-12
      winny 50mg 2tabs/day weeks 8-12

      all this will be taken with approriate anti-estros, proviron to offset the test susp and clomid to finish the cycle along with hcg

      it is too much IMO but the deca is not placed right and will do no good and test cyp should be ran for at least 10 weeks and should be around 500mg IMO

      Lets start with this. What are your current stats? and what are your goals for this cycle? Also how often can you train?

      Also did you already purchase this gear???? if so we will have to work with what u have...

      Not a good cycle bro. You have all the right ingredients, just no recipie.

      Is there a reason for wanting to run suspension? 150mg a week? You have to shoot that ATLEAST ED if its water based, if not 2x per day.

      Your cycle: My opionion on the cycle

      test suspension 150mg/week weeks 1-6
      (cut out the test susp. it will do no good at 150mg a wk. Test CYP should be good enough. Susp is a water base short acting ester u need to take ED shots with this test at about 100mg ED, but like I said u dont need.)

      test cypionate 250mg/week weeks 1-8
      (cyp run at 500mg for at least 10 wks 1-10 wks @ 500mg 2 shots a week. M/ TH shots to keep test levels in even keen.)

      d-bol 5tabs/day weeks 4-8
      (d-bol at 30mg ED for weeks 1-4)

      deca-durabolon 250mg/week weeks 8-12
      (don't need this u have enough)

      anavar 3 tabs/day weeks 8-12
      (good)

      winny 50mg 2tabs/day weeks 8-12
      (good)

      Just MO but take in all ur help and opionions from the bros.

      no ididn't purchase it yet, i thought it was pretty well thought out, that just goes to show street smarts outweighs booksmarts. anyway i bench about 240lbs. now, and i weigh about 150, for me that's a AS miracle. i've always eaten about 7000 calories a day, that's nothing for me.
      according to swole since deca and test susp aren't needed then is there something that i can do to replace them or is swoles suggestion good enough.

      Swole gave you some great advice. If you want to run Deca, then run it 10 weeks at 400mg a week with your Test Cyp. and like swole said, if you want to run suspension, just gotta get more. do atleast 50mg ED, so 350mg EW.

      Test enth 500mg EW 1-10
      EQ 600mg EW 1-10
      Winny 6-12 50mg ed (optional)

      I think you will be happy with those gains.

      my goal is to be around 170lbs, bench high 200s and well look good or even better, i wasn't born with the genetics for my job, but as my captain says i definitly have the mentality, i just want my body to match my mental intensity. i train 6 days a week, one body part/day i actually train every morning with my company and its real tough, but it's mainly running and sit-ups push-ups etc, now that i thought about it, what kind of impact will that have. when i took the first cycle i wasn't a ranger and the everday training is a lot more punishing than it was

      you could take deca just at a sooner starting point, and at a higher dose 300-400mg a week. which will help out your joints being as how i'm sure your strength will continu to skyrocket. how many mg are the anavar tabs? from what i hear you need a good 25mg a day. if you can get your hands on it, maybe you'd be interested in some halotestin. it won't do anything for size gains but it'll make you insanely aggressive and strong. good luck in whatever you take, and rember no matter how much you think you plan something out you can alway's learn more.

      well swole i like your advice and the others do to, although just because i love test i might add more test for a few weeks to pinnacle my cycle. thanks for all of your input, i can now sleep better tonight

      josh you have practically the same cycle that my friend suggested, except the dosages were were a few mgs less of each. alright you guys are keeping me up all night chatting, i have about 4 until i have to get up, so i fyou think of anything please respnd back i will read them tomorrow, thanks for the last time tonight

      why run anavar its expensive and won't do a whole lot. I wouldn't run winny with dbol because they are both 17aa and could hurt the liver. I would run this
      1-10 or 12
      test cyp. 500mgs
      deca or eq at 600mgs

      1-6
      d-bol 35mg ed

      6-12
      fina 75 ed or 150 eod.

      this will put some pounds on you and will improve your strength greatly. I t also will be a lot lighter in the pocket book.

      1-10 Test Cypionate 250mg e5d
      1-10 EQ 300mg e5d
      6-13 Tren 150mg eod or 75mg ed.
      11-13 Test Prop 100mg eod or 50mg ed
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

      With all the cardio and shit you do..Id go at least go 600 with the test. Your first cycle you have listed as 500 total. Deca is fine. Id go with it, but the eq may show more endurance for you. If your going to be running and busting your balls everyday, I know I would at least like soem deca in there for my joints...thats me though...so id do deca and eq...drop the deca a bit early and pick up tren to finish out nice, hard, and strong. some will say deca needs to be 10wks...but its fine for 8wks as the joint benefits will be there plus the other properties...and you have eq with it anyways.

      Call me crazy...but Id run this

      1-12 600 test
      1-8 300 deca
      1-12 400 eq
      1-4 35 dbol
      10-15 50 ED tren

      Looks like its alot...but it isnt

      You got 600 test and 700 (deca+eq) a classic 2nd cycle, just more creative with the selection. If you like..thow in 500 prop a wk for wks 13-15 you dont have to...but i would.


      Call me mr overkill, but Ill disagree. Given your goals and your bit of history, I think its up your alley....
