trying to figure out a xmas dinner no turkey or ham opinions?
Tweetso every year at xams its just me and the wife we try something diffrent for dinner every year help a brother out with non traditional ideas we did sea food last year

TweetI did prime rib last year it was great. this year I was thinking slow smoked ribs. turkey and ham get old. possibly a surf and turf also crab and rib eyes.. ill let the fam choose. I just do the cooking
