      I will be adding T3 to my current cycle this monday and will be adding pm cardio along with am cardio. 30 mins in the morning and then lift at night along with another 20 mins cardio. Should I put the cardio in before or after my weight training? I am also running 100mg prop EOD, 50mg winny ED, and 600mg/wk EQ.

      after, when your glycogen is depleted. Take a small whey only shake before cardio though, both AM and PM, this will prevent catabolism, and actually increase fat burning. 15g or so of whey will be enough.
