      I shit you not... I put away a medium thin crust with double meat and a carton of 10 eggwhites...Now thats what I call bulking....Any of you guys ever do anything like this... ? Well I figured I'm going out tonight for New Years so i would need some calorie reserve...I don't drink so while I'm out I will be burning some calories..I feel almost guilty but good at the same time.

      This weekend after my heavy drinking(long island iced teas, cranberry and vodka's and shots of vodka) with the boys we all went to Denny's and I had mozzerella sticks, a big texas barbecue burger with seasoned fries on the side, and french toast with butter and syrup with bacon and suasages on the side. Talk about a cheat meal. I'm still getting leaner too. I'm perfect all week then cheat like this one day of the week. I think I might cut this out though as well starting New Years.

      well good now I don't feel to bad...Bouncer I would love to talk to you when I start my insulin about diet and etc...well Now I'm going to have an xxl drink from american Bodybuilding yet another 1090 calories.....I think I have consumed about 8000-10,000 cals so far today...Hopefully 250 lbs will be here in a few months

      PIG! and thats a lotta protein and calories. i get too damn busy on the cinnastix....so i'm lucky if i down a half pizza. then i feel too sick to eat any eggs or whey drinks. i'm on a lean masser....so its 3500-4000 clean for me. gaining nice though...figured for 15 lbs in 10 weeks....got 10 lbs lean gains already in 4 1/2 weeks (size 31 pants are actually loose on me, they were tight precycle!)...so probably will just say fuck it and go for 20-25 lbs. The GH and clen and T3 will take care of that bad bad fat gain next cycle!

      As far as the thread, man that is alot of freakin food.. Holy cow if I ate that much food at one time, I would be sleeping on my toilet.. whew..

      haha. she is the hotness alright. PM me your email and i'll email the link to you. it takes like 20 reloads to get it to come up sometimes (ask skarn), but it comes up eventually....and is WELL worth it. got it on my dash, and look at it EVERYDAY! lovely!

      I usually put down a large pizza myself for one of my 6 or so meals each day... I eat a ton, if it doesn't run faster than me during the offseason, it's usually in danger of becoming my dinner!
