Tweetif i have the time one of my fav relaxation times is to put on the headphones. lie on the bed and listen to pink floyd dark side of the moon.
after 2-3 beers is even better. and best is when i had my broken nose repaired and had hydrocodone..........WOW! great music and it felt like i was floating in a pool of warm vibrating honey.
on the flip side some heavy metal before sparring really gets me pumped up!
TweetMusic is something that makes us all feel great from time to time . For me it's any rock , metal ,techno and some pop .
TweetI love music.
TweetI could go on and on but I'll just post two of my fav workout songs.

TweetWithout music my life would suck I love
My radio it's my best freind when I am driving 2-300 miles ed gotta have my country music fix
TweetMusic is the best escape for me sometimes after a long stressful day. Whether it's relaxation music, or my gym playlist it puts my mind somewhere else.
TweetWether playing an instrument, or listening, music truly does calm the savage beast.
PAIN DON'T HURT
TweetI've been on an iron maiden kick for awhile now. It's become my favorite cardio and lifting music. Usually when I'm trying to relax its mindless tv like Seinfeld of Friends reruns. Music lately for me is typically to get cranked up. I used to listen to a lot of Floyd and stuff but now it reminds me of constantly being stoned and on acid in my high school years lol. It is truly amazing how music can affect our moods though.
TweetWe have been on a Five Finger Death Punch kick. My daughter happens to really like this band, lol. She made a video yesterday to a song when we were all in the car and it made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt.
