Justin trains 6 days a week, 2 times a day with the back squat trained on Sunday,Tuesday,and Thursday and front squat trained on Monday Wednesday and Friday. He works to a 1 rep max in the evening sessions and just 60-80% in his morning sessions. All reps are singles only so he's only doing around 4-7 singles a session, that's it. He usually takes Wednesday as a Deload day going around 60%both sessions. Near contest time He max's on his 3 back squat days in the evenings belted Sunday,paused beltless Tuesday and beltless Thursday.
