      Hey guys, looking for some feedback on this cycle. It'll be my first, but I want to do it right the first time.

      dbol 50mg ed wks1-4

      test enth 500mg, wks1-10

      clen ramped 20-140mgs two weeks on two weeks off for the duration, with eca to fill the gaps.

      winny tabs starting week 8, continuing for another two weeks af ter my test is gone.

      obviously nolva will be on hand, and I'll have a supply of clomid

      What are your goals here? Assuming you want to cut? No reason to run d-bol that high for a first cycle, 25 or 30mgs would be more than enough to reap the full benefits from it. If you're wanting lean mass, drop the clen and add in EQ, test & EQ go hand in hand. 2 weeks on winny is like sucking tit through a sweater man, its kind of pointless....... drop your goals, stats, training and nutrition and we'll help you out.....

      I'm a buck eighty now with an embarassingly high bf%. I want to drop that down to a healthy level and gain 15lbs. I train 4 days a week, rotating muscle groups. My nutrition is white meat, green leaves, and a protein shake thrown in for good measure.

      As for the winny, I've read that if you use it coming off a cycle, it can help to preserve some gains that might otherwise be lost when the gear runs out.

      Do me a favor, seriously, head to the nutrition section and post your detailed diet and get that down first and that will make gaining muscle and losing fat MUCH easier. You may want to cut first, and get to a reasonable `bodyfat and then cycle. You're not going to lose a significant amount of bodyfat and gain 15lbs in 1 cycle, thermodynamics just wont allow it.


      As for the winny, I've read that if you use it coming off a cycle, it can help to preserve some gains that might otherwise be lost when the gear runs out.
      Yes, but if you're going to run it, you might as well right it for 5 weeks or so, 2 weeks much be much help in that area. Things like HCG, caloric manipulation will also help preserve muscle (gains).

      I would train and get a good diet first. Get down to about 12%bf then do your cycle. Since it is your 1st you don't need that much dbol.

      25mg dbol ed 1-4
      Test Enanthate 500mg/wk 1-10
      Winny like you said 50mg ed 8-12

      No reason for dbol if hes trying to cut. I would make a goal to lose about 10lbs naturally, then hit up a Test only cycle. I see no reason to run winstrol, it does not cut, nor does it solidify gains, which is complete bullshit. No drug solidify another drugs gains. You may make gains from winny, but it does not solidify test gains or any other gains. What you gain from test will not be affected by winny, although it is good to run something till the Ethanate clears, maybe some prop, 100mg eod, for the first week of the cycle, and for two weeks after Ethanate.

      But as I said, try to lose at least 10lbs before you start a cycle. Lean mass gains will be much better, more room for error with a lower bf%.
