Are Microwave ovens safe?

TweetI cant tell you how many people have told me I am crazy for using a microwave to heat food. That its not safe and ruins all the nutrients in food etc etc etc. well, this article says they are safe. I tend to agree. I buy fish and chicken already cooked at the deli and bring it home and Nuke it lol...I nuke vegetables too. Theyre good.

Tweeti am a fresh food lover myself but since i discovered the awesome power of the protein cake/bread concoction i came across, i am a microwave fan. i have it preworkout and every day at least once. i dont have a prob reheating either if i have to and i cook my sweet potatoes and regular potatoes in their almost daily

TweetHuh we Re modelled our kitchen opted out of a microwave. We had one as a kid and in my previous house but my mom got rid of hers and I read a few articles about studies in the UK or something but who knows I'm sure they are fine. I use them at work all the time but at home don't really need it just get out a good ol pan...
