Tweetjust recently my nipple flared up and I've been on nolvadex for 4 days. My questions is how long usually does it take for the pain and swelling to go away. For the first three days, I took 40mg and now i'm running it at 20mg. This suck ass

Tweetnolvadex only blocks estrogen receptors, .Nolvadex does not prevent the aromatization but only acts as an estrogen antagonist. after discontinuing nolvadex..the estrogen receptors are able to absorb the estrogen present in the blood. The combined application of Nolvadex 20-30 mg/day and Proviron 25-50 mg/day in such cases as yours will leads to excellent results.

TweetWell Calif, Nolv is the thing to take for lumps, however like Mad Max says, it does not sto the aromotization process but rather blocks estrogen sites by attaching to them. You are using the right drug to stop your nips from hurting, however Armidex will help as well.
I normally use Nolv for Lumps, and itchy or tingly nips. I usually start about 20 mg a day and up till the symptoms go away. I have been as high as 80mg a day, to prevent nipple pain. I noticed a decrease in pain, in about a day, my suggestion is to up your dose until the symtoms go away.
You say that your niple flared up, I am assuming that you talking aobut itchy, tingly or pain behind the nipple.
Also if you would shoot us an idea on what kind of cycle you are on, I could recommend you an average dosage of Anti Esters.
