Tweeti like the setup my man. very detailed and laid out very well. the only thing i would suggest is to ditch the waxy maize it's pretty much worthless and can cause some serious digestive issues. swap out the waxy with some branch chain malto dextrin or vitargo in place of it. you will be much happier with that

your protein intake is through the roof unnecessarily. At most, you only need 230 grams. Any additional protein beyond this will end up in the toilet. No question about it. Which means, your "bulking" diet is not as robust as you think. and since protein = 4cals/gram, then this means 800 cals won't do a damn thing. So your effective calories are now down to 3,600. And since your TDEE is around 2,800, you are 800 cals above TDEE.Capture.jpg

Tweeti eat 5-600g of protein every single day diet and bulk. people are freaking stupid. 1.5-2g of protein per pound of goal weight you are shooting for and you are golden. then carbs and fat you have to play with to see what and where your numbers are on how much bf you are comfortable gaining. these stupid pencil neck guys that read this study or that study and think that this stuff is magic. think of it this way, i ate 600g of protein and 400 carbs and cycled my carbs. i started my prep at 286 and dieted down to 238 dry. i could have came in heavier but i erred on the side of caution and cranked up some things at the end. you should see how some of the top tier guys really eat. it would blow your mind
i guess i should toss out there that this is what has worked for me and others that i know and doesnt apply to everyone. i do know people that barely eat, barely sleep and barely use any supps at all and they are monsters. their are also people that can eat maint pro and then hammer fats and carbs while growing and staying lean. my best suggestion like i pointed out above is 1.5-2g of pro then maybe .75-1.5g of carb and then around .5g of fats. give that a month then if you arent moving up bump up the cals by 300 equally spread out amongst the 3 and go from there bumping up by 3-500 cals per month till you are where you want to be.

Tweetas the saying goes "Always look 4 a second opinion!" the comments made 2 me in the other forum seemed a bit out of place, considering the Chemicals ill b putting into my body n the fact of the matter, that ill b training intensely n will b burning up lots of calories, so i think that by taking in the above mentioned total kcals of around 4500, ill b ok. u shouldve seen the 1st outline i did, after i added up everything my totals were around 5900kcals, so i think ive done good n as u mentioned Guns, what works for u might not work on the next person, trial by error! so given the original Diet i have outlined, i should stick to those numbers? n ill b trashing the Waxy 4 sum Vitargo as suggested thanx guys 4 all the help, ill b sure 2 delete my info on the OTHER forum....lol
