      Just looking for some feedback on what the most important three are. I am on a cycle of deca and test.

      Ummm.. I'd have to say ALA, Milk Thistle, and Glutamine or Creatine I guess.

      I dont use many "muscle enhancing" Supps anymore. Just stuff like ALA and Milk Thistile.

      Don't know if they're "important" but I'd say three good supplements are creatine, high lignan flax oil, and a good multivitamin.

      What's the point of taking liver detoxifiers if your not taking any liver-toxic drugs?

      flax oil
      Multi vitamin/liver tabs
      Creatine

      Assuming you're bulking.

      I agree with LM unless your a burn victim your probably wont benefit much from glutamine, or maybe if your protein intake is deficient.
