  • cut then Bulk?

    I want to get my BF down. I am afraid I won't be able to with out the help of AS. Can I cut first get my BF down weeks 1-10 and then try to bulk weeks 10-16? Something like this
    1-10
    Eq 400 mg
    ena500 mg
    weekly doses. ALong with a large list of supps for cutting. Excluding clen.

    Then
    10-16
    Tren 75mg ed
    prop 100 mg ed
    eq 400 weekly. quitting eq 2 weeks previous to other as

    hcg and clomid at end.
    l-dex throughout.

      i would use prop for cutting then enanthate for bulking

        Yeah you're going to gain fat when you bulk anyways so there's no point in cutting before a bulking cycle in my opinion.

          The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

                I wouldnt do either, i would shoot for a happy middle, not cutting, as in doing a CKD or low carbs, but not going apeshit and bulking. Try somewhere around maintenance cals and high protein, clean moderate carbs, and good fats, and you shoudl have a nice change in LBM, adding muscle, while losing fat. IMO, you will get too fat bulking if you are already on the heavy side.

                  I agree with Pro. I think maintenance cals, clean carbs and high protein with a good cycle, you will be most happy with the results.
