TweetSo I was reading about oils because I am allergic to many things and oils are one of them. I always have to check and see what is exactly in them. Many oils are full of GMOS also. Interesting enough I have always heard great things about MCT oil but while it has proven to be beneficial for many things it also has some side effects and if someone is adiabetic...it is not good to use it
SIDE EFFECTS OF MCT
MCTs are safe for most people when taken by mouth or given intravenously (by IV). TweetMCT Oil was always a staple while doing a cyclic keto diet during the first couple week adjustment phase. Allows me to maintain energy levels before my body adapts to the keto diet. After the first 2 weeks or so I would usually drop them. Havent done a ckd in a while though.

TweetWEll it hurts my tummy and it is a form of stearic acid and that is an ingredient I have become extremely sensitive to making it difficult to eat things or even use things on my skin. It is in sooo many things and it doesn't matter if it is labeled "stearic acid from vegetable sources" or nit...my body doesn't like it.
