TweetI am wondering if intense sex before bed is counter productive then? Seriously heart pounding and sweating, basically like an intense cardio session...I would think it would relax but now that I think about it and read the article, sure isn't meditation lmao!!! TweetI know they say you shoudnt have the tv on when you sleep, but if I just lay there my mind starts racing and I cant sleep anyway.
