      I'm getting pretty sick of eating eggs every morning, but I want my protien when I get up. I also chase the eggs with a bowl of oatmeal and a glass of milk. What does everyone eat for breakfast when they're bulking up?

      a half pound of steak lean ,5 eggs ,2 paks of oatmeal,two wheat pancakes,and 2 glasses of fat free milk and half a bottle of tabassco sause 1.5 grams of ginger

      bked or grilled chicken sandwich on wheat bread. Other mornings :4 egg whites 1 yolk,2 pieces of wheat bread, deer sausage 1/4 lb.

      my breakfast is 8 egg whites, 2 yolks, 1 cup oatmeal, and whey protein shack. Or 2 bowls of forsted flakes and whey protein shack.
