Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) - your thoughts?
TweetSo for years I have had health issues. On Armour thyroid, TRT, and have been taking either prednisone in small dosages or adrenal extracts plus dhea for years now.
With that being said my main issues is muscle tension and tendonitis or tendonosis. Along with insomnia. If I could get these two things cleared up and when they are not flared up I feel like a million bucks.
Question is I have bought some MSM and was wondering if anyone has had any luck with it in regards to tendon issues. Below is some info on the product...

TweetYou're right alotta people rave about Orange Triad, high reviews. I have a big ol' bottle of MSM liquid I used for transdermals, a tub of powder, and I have a bottle of the tabs, good stuff people swear by it supposed to be good for the brain too.
