Tweetproblem is, a lot of big commercial organic food is not organic. there are 7500 inspectors and tens of thousands of farms. organic foods are much harder to grow, get dinged with much higher rates of insect damage so farmers go ahead and treat them like any other crop.
so your expensive organic stuff may be but probably not.

Tweetwhats the dirty dozen? I just bought organic plums and peaches for the first time. They were pretty good. After reading this, I think its time to start buying organic. More nutrient density, so more bang for your buck.
