Idan Deadlift Training
TweetHere is Idan from Israel 22 y/o, he has only competed twice, once at 100% raw federation at 56kg and broke 4 wr's! The other time was at 60kg bw. Now he is getting ready for the GPA International in Israel, 60kg category . Here is a video of his deadlift 200kg (440 lbs) 2reps almost 3 at 60kg bw (132 lbs)
