      I have run T3 in the past, but usually no less than 7 weeks. I am looking to add it in the last 4 weeks of my cutting cycle to help with that last little bit of fat, keeping the dose low. Could someone help me with this. I was thinking of this:

      Days 1-3 12.5mcg
      Days 4-7 25mcg
      Days 8-11 50mcg
      Days 12-17 75mcg
      Days 18-21 50mcg
      Days 22-25 25mcg
      Days 26-29 12.5mcg


      Please look this over. I feel that T3 can be dangerous if not taken correctly and have never done a 4 week cycle, but this way should work. This will be added to 300mg/wk prop, 600mg/wk EQ, and 50mg ED of winny.

      I think it's OK the way it is.
      I think anytime you exceed 50mcgs a day, there is need to ramp up and down. I think only wheen going low doses such as 12.5 or 25cg max is when you can just run it with our ramping. JMO

      And yes, i think the layout you have is perfect.

      I'd do it more like:

      Days 1 12.5mcg
      Days 2-3 25mcg
      Days 4-5 50mcg
      Days 6-17 75mcg
      Days 18-21 50mcg
      Days 22-25 25mcg
      Days 26-29 12.5mcg

      You could even ramp up faster, no need to take 12 days to hit your max dose, 4 or 5 is really enough. You do need to spend time on the ramp down though. I would add a week more of 12.5mcg at the end...

      If I was to run it at a steady 25mcgs for 4 weeks would I see any results from it or no? Is 25mcg enough to have any effect on me?

      Yes it will help you out some...and also at that low of a dose it will also aide in protein synthesis!

      What's the natural amount of thyroid hormone produced by the body in a day?

      I think 12.5mg of thyroid hormone is like running 100mg/wk of test. Just enough to shut down natural T3 production, not enough to see any results.
