Hit a new all-time squat PR. I approached my warm up sets differently than usual. From 600 lbs up to my top set I had 40 lbs of chains on the bar and focused on speed. I was doing singles and just tried to come out of the hole as fast as possible. Then for my top set of 782 lbs I dropped the chains and did the rep with the same speed mentality. As for the 782 itself depth wasn't particularly high or deep.
