      Starting this cycle today. Well not fully starting it but kind of. Here I will explain. Pinned 100mg test prop this morning. Going to be doing that for first 6 days for first week.

      Then start my cut cycle next Monday.

      100mg tne Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

      350-400mg test prop/tren a/mast prop 1cc a day. I have 7 vials and will run it till gone

      60mg Var ED for 10 weeks.

      25-50mg of proviron ed whole cycle.

      T3 25mg first week bump up to 50mg second week then 75mg third week. Then taper back down.

      .5mg Adex E3D

      .5mg Caber Monday and Friday

      Here is the diet I will be following. Hoping to stay around 10% BF and be 205lbs at the end.

      Right now 190lbs 9% BF



      Breakfast (800 calories)

      4 egg whites + 2 whole eggs

      1 cup oatmeal (dry measurement)

      1 slice whole grain bread

      1 tbsp natural peanut butter

      1 orange

      Snack (700 calories)

      1 can tuna

      1 whole grain tortilla wrap

      2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

      1 banana

      1 cup low-fat milk

      12 almonds

      Lunch (800 calories)

      6 oz chicken breast

      1 ½ cups brown rice

      ½ chopped pepper

      ½ cup chopped mushrooms

      ½ cup chopped carrots

      1 tbsp olive oil

      Snack (700 calories)

      1 scoop protein powder

      1 cup low-fat milk

      1 banana

      1 tbsp peanut butter

      1 whole grain bagel

      Dinner (800 calories)

      6 oz steak

      1 cup whole grain pasta

      1 tbsp olive oil

      2 cups chopped mixed vegetables (to prepare stir-fry)

      1 cup low-fat milk

      1 cup berries

      Snack (700 calories)

      1 cup cottage cheese

      2 tbsp natural peanut butter

      ½ cup oatmeal (raw measurement)

      20 almonds

      i like it man. only thing i would really keep an eye on is protein with that t3. if you start or feel like you are dropping some muscle then up the protein a bit to off set it. other than that it is a nice solid plan and looks great. i think you should have no issues at all hitting your goals

      I meant Monday and Thursay on the caber. I also will run HCG 500iu a week. Split Monday and Thursday.

      Thats a nice write up. Do you have an idea how quickly the mast will take affect? About the same time as the test?

      5' 10" and yes brother it is mast prop. I may continue with the mast prop and test prop for 4 weeks after the cut mix is all gone. Maybe throw in some winny

      Thought that I would post up some pictures of before and after of me before I started the Rock Hard Challenge 8 weeks ago. It was a very lean diet and intense circuit training which is guaranteed to burn fat. I wanted to get below 10% BF before I started this cycle. The first pic is me two weeks before starting the Challenge. The second is of me last night after my chest and triceps workout. I know that I lost some size but that will come on quickly with this cycle I am starting.

      By the way I did decide to go ahead and start the Var today. Took 30mg with breakfast along with 100mg prop. and I will be taking the other 30mg of var an hour before I train.
