Also what kind of coffee do you drink. I have found I prefer a dark roast, my new fav is seattle's best #5 super dark. mmmmm good. just a splash of milk for me.

anyone like 7-11 coffee? it is terrible! I like starbucks but rarely go. I did for a while after they started sending coffee care packages and swag to a local soldier's outfits in afganistan ect. but i can make coffee i like better and it is a fraction of the cost.

Tweeti do a dbl esspresso black every morning as soon as i get up about 10 mins before i do cardio. i usually use a krispy cream or dunkin coffee but i do like some of the dark roasts from star bucks and a few others as well

the mrs bought the monster keurig. the little guy wasnt cutting it. she drinks coffee all day every day so it was a great investment

At home I do 1 packet of splenda and 1-2tbsp of half nhalf. Use medium roast but wife brews it early and by the time I get to it its a lot stronger.

At mcds I like 2 splenda and 2 cream. Like a milkshake
