im sorry to hear that this has you depressed but depression is only going to hurt whatever is going on even more. its a self destructing emotion that can be controlled. i highly recommend you read the book deepak chopra's ageless body, timeless mind.

TweetHow are your pancreas enzymes? You can get a cyst on your pancreas and it can heal. I am not sure what the natural cures are for the pancreas, but I would check that out. Good luck. It probably isnt anything serious. Let us know how it goes

TweetOne thing for sure, is alcohol is the worst thing on earth for the pancreas. Not saying thats a problem for you. An inflamed pancreas can be the worst freakin pain you ever felt in your life. Good luck
