Ok. So fir the longest time my weight has been anywhere from 225-250 on and off cycle. A few months ago I decided to take some off due to injuries....got a littlle sloppy and decided to lean out before beginning again . I am currenty at 210...IT FEELS AND LOOKS STRANGE. but I think I want to stay under 220. I'm just having a hard time, lol, commiting to it. Personally I just want to eat and blow up back to 230 but health wise it doesn' t make sense.

How do you guys handle change . Or am I the only one who suffers from a mild case of body dysmorphia? Haha

Change is good Zoot, especially if you feel good in it. Remind yourself that you feel better and that is what matters. As we age and get injured, we need to modify and make these changes.

zoot i come down from right at or around 300 down to anywhere in the upper 220s to the lower 250s to compete and i feel tiny at those weights. i feel comfortable in the upper 270s and 80s but once i hit 290 or higher i feel horrible. i would say that if you stayed lean you could push back up to 230s and still feel healthy. i hate being a little guy lol

good luck zoot.. I think the older we get the harder it is to stay at a certain weight.. like baby said we have to change with the time type of thing...

my hardest thing is diet.. I like to eat so I am trying to cut out sodas.. I know those are just empty calories.. but sometimes I just want a coke for lunch..

I myself walk around in the 260-270 range I'd love to get back down to 230-240.. but don't do any cardio but I do eat somewhat healthy I don't eat a lot nothing compared to what I ate when I was younger and weighed 230lbs..

good luck zoot... need some help all you have to do is ask.. I know guns would be a good one and also irish...
