TweetSo, I am running testP/mast for the next 11 weeks and so far for the first week I have just rotated the glutes, not the smartest just hitting 2 areas while EOD injects. When I ran testE i hit delts and quads with it and it didnt hurt too bad, but running the testP and injectiong 2cc's EOD the glutes are staying sore and the prop does hurt a little so I am a little hesitant to hit the quads. Most of all, when hitting quads where do most of you pin? i always pinned from the top never from the side, is it safer hitting from the side? call it what you will but i still get nervous every time i get ready to pin and I think that is partial to the pain i have afterwards along with the prop burning a little and being sore as hell for the next 2-3 days!!

Tweetno doubt, my glute has become a cushion and im ready to pin elsewhere just not sure i want that pain in my quad, and just debating on whether to do it on the side of the quad or top. Judging by the spot injection website, looks like everything is pretty high up on the thigh but its hard to tell where exactly on the side to pin....

ill do the honesly i hit the two larger heads and i move the inj spot each time. havent hit a nerve or anything. i used 1.5 before but i usually stick to the 1in. 23 g just so i dont have to push so hard to inj. give it a try.

Tweetyeah i cant turn around well enough to see the entire area i need to hit in the glute, so i use a mirror. Better the lt than rt side though, still somewhat sore from sunday. so far im liking the stack im on, getting a good pump at the gym and starting to get somewhat vascular! think iim gonna hit the quad wed though and give the backside a break!
